Superior Charleston Insulation is a state-licensed insulation contractor serving residential and commercial customers in and around Charleston, SC. Our services include spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, and related work. Services are performed at locations we agree upon with the customer and are subject to availability.
Estimates we provide are based on information available at the time of the site visit or consultation. An estimate is not a binding contract until both parties sign a written work order or proposal.
Final pricing may change if conditions discovered during the work differ materially from those observed during the estimate - for example, if hidden damage, additional pest contamination, or structural issues are found once work begins. We will communicate any changes to scope and cost before proceeding with additional work.
We schedule jobs based on availability and will confirm a date and time window with you in advance. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible - at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time when practical.
We reserve the right to reschedule if weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances outside our control make it impractical to proceed on the scheduled date. We will notify you promptly if this occurs and will work with you to find the next available date.
Payment terms will be specified in your written proposal. In most cases, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Accepted payment methods will be stated on your invoice.
If payment is not received when due, we reserve the right to suspend any ongoing work and to charge interest on overdue balances as permitted under South Carolina law. You are responsible for any costs we incur in collecting unpaid balances, including reasonable attorney fees.

We warrant that our work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with applicable industry standards. If a defect in our workmanship is identified within the warranty period stated in your written proposal, we will return to correct it at no additional charge.
Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to flooding, storm damage, pest intrusion, structural movement, or modifications made to the work by others after our departure. Material warranties, where applicable, are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
Except as expressly stated in a written proposal or agreement, our services and this website are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond those required by applicable law. We do not guarantee specific energy savings, indoor air quality outcomes, or performance results, as these depend on many factors outside our control including the condition of other systems in your home.
To the maximum extent permitted by South Carolina law, Superior Charleston Insulation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or website, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or damage to property not directly caused by our work. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service we performed will not exceed the amount you paid us for that specific service.
